If, after 24 hours, there are no updates supplied by Canada Post on your tracking, please reach out to a live agent, and we will be happy to look into this for you.
If you don't see updates, your Canada Post tracking information may have missed a scan during transit and may not be updated correctly. If you do not receive your package within two business days after your expected delivery date, don't hesitate to get in touch with a live agent so we can look into any issues.
